Armadillo Crochet Pattern — Amigurumi PDF in English

This crochet pattern lets you make your own armadillo amigurumi with a segmented shell and recognizable shape.

The PDF is written in English (US crochet terminology), consists of 10 pages and includes a lot of helpful photos to guide you through every step.

Finished size: depends on yarn weight, but approximately 6 inches using the recommended materials.

Skill level: Intermediate — you should be comfortable with magic circle, increases, decreases, BLO/FLO techniques, half double crochet, and basic sewing.

• Yarn — I used Alize Cotton Gold: chocolate color for the body, beige for the shells, and some pink for embroidering the nose
• Hook — 1.75 mm
• Safety eyes — 8 mm diameter
• Hollowfibre stuffing
• Stitch marker, pins, tapestry needle
